#1 - 2021 Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Creek Valley: Aromas of white grapefruit and citrus. The palate is crisp and zesty with notes of lemon pith, gooseberry, and herbaceous green pepper.
#2 - 2022 Albariño, Lodi: This ancient Spanish white grows in the rich soils of Lodi, CA. Medium body with crisp acidity. Aged in stainless to maintain vibrancy. Stone fruit and honey notes linger on the long finish.
#3 - 2020 Chardonnay, Estate: Half fermented in stainless, half in oak and then aged Sur-lie for 6 months. Combined and then aged in French oak for 12 months. No MLF to maintain crisp acidity. Bartlett pear, yellow apple and a hint of vanilla.
#4 - 2018 Reserve Chardonnay, Napa Valley: 3 years in French Oak has resulted in a silky-smooth Chardonnay packed with aromas of Yellow Apple, Asian Pear and Light Caramel notes.
#1 - 2022 Pinot Grigio, Russian River Valley: The Mononi Ranch continues to be the source for this gorgeous Pinot Grigio. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months allow the subtle peach and floral aromas to be highlighted. Lean with crisp refreshing acidity. This is the perfect summer wine.
#2 - Stone Table White: Our fun white table wine is comprised of 82% 2020 Russian River Valley Pinot Grigio, 16% 2020 Connecticut Estate Chardonnay and 4% 2021 Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc. These are all new vintages and the wine is fresh and clean. Lush, silky bartlett pear aromas lead with a back bone of CT Chard and toasty oak. Fresh and tight citrus flavors keep the wine centered.
#3 - 2021 Primitivo Rosé: Gentle pressing creates the light pink color while capturing fresh fruit aromas of strawberry and watermelon rind. Aged in stainless steel.
#4 - 2021 Cabernet Franc, Estate: Combination of pump-over & punch down for best phenolic extraction. Aged 16 months in French & American oak (30% new). Soft cherry, cranberry and spicy nuances.
#1 - Zinfandel, Lodi: Aged for 2 years in large format oak barrels, this wine is lush. A rich ruby color reveals brambly red fruit with the classic Zinfandel spice. Soft tannins allow for easy drinking.
#2 - Stone Table Red: Our ever-popular red blend consists of 77% 2019 Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% each of 2020 Lodi Zinfandel and 2019 Napa Petite Sirah and 7% 2019 Napa Merlot. This is a complex and heady red wine. Packed with a broad range of flavors the signature element is a smooth, robust red wine with an easy finish. Notes of black cherry, spice and subtle earthy nuances are evident on both the bouquet and palate.
#3 - 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, Lodi: 24 months barrel aged in a combination of French and American oak. Ripe red fruit, spice, leather, fresh earth with chocolate notes.
#4 - 2019 Petite Sirah, Napa Valley: Three years of barrel aging in American oak is barely enough to restrain this burly wine. Rustic, grippy and packed with aromas of fresh earth, dark chocolate and red fruit.
