2018 Pinot Grigio: Aging in stainless steel for 12 months allows the vibrant peach and floral aromas to be highlighted. A bit of skin contact at the press allows for a depth of flavors and gives just a lightest hint of pink color.
2020 Pinot Gris, Estate: The full aromas and weight on the palate are all from the grape itself. Light notes of honey and honeysuckle intermingle with the aromas of freshly sliced apple and pear. Aged in stainless steel for 9 months.
2019 Chardonnay, Napa Valley: Made in a crisp style without buttery characteristics. Vibrant apple and pear give way to an intense bouquet. Aged in French oak.
2021 Riesling, Clarksburg: This vintage was harvested early in the season and maintains a light color, fresh acidity and lower alcohol. Residual sugar has been dialed back to add a touch of sweetness without overwhelming the palate.
2021 Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Creek Valley: Aromas of white grapefruit and citrus. The palate is crisp and zesty with notes of lemon pith, gooseberry, and herbaceous green pepper.
2020 Pinot Grigio, Russian River Valley: Aging in stainless steel for 12 months allows the vibrant peach and floral aromas to be highlighted. A bit of skin contact at the press allows for a depth of flavors and gives just a lightest hint of pink color.

2019 Zinfandel, Lodi: Aged for 18 months in large format French oak barrels, to keep oak notes in check and understated. A rich ruby color reveals brambly red fruit with the classic Zinfandel spice. Soft tannins allow for easy drinking.
2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Lodi: 24 months barrel aged in a combination of French and American oak. Ripe red fruit, spice, leather, fresh earth with chocolate notes.

2019 Merlot, Napa Valley: This dark ruby colored Merlot has been aged for 30 months in a combination of French and American oak with 30% new oak to both add structure and to allow the wine to mature and soften. Classic flavors of dark cherry, mocha and plum abound in this well-balanced wine.
2019 Petite Sirah, Napa Valley: Three years of barrel aging in American oak is barely enough to restrain this burly wine. Rustic, grippy and packed with aromas of fresh earth, dark chocolate and red fruit.
